We are very excited to join you in beautiful Riviera Cancun, Mexico to celebrate the successes of our 2020 & 2021 Platinum Club members. We have a couple of great group events planned. The first evening we will get together to kick off the week with a casual group meeting and reception with theave hors d’oeuvres and a private bar. Thursday and Friday are yours to enjoy. Feel free to join up with other guests or explore the resort on your own. On Saturday night, we have a private group dinner meeting planned to reminisce on the week and cheers to a successful 2021 and an even better 2022. Wednesday, December 1

DEPART AND ARRIVE IN RIVIERA CANCUN & WELCOME RECEPTION

Check-in at the respective airline ticket counter for your flight to Cancun at your local airport at least 2 hours prior to departure. Make certain that you have a valid (not expired) signed passport ready to present to the airline agent. Refer to your airlines website for their specific baggage rules. Be sure to pack any liquids or gels over 3 ounces in your checked luggage. For further information regarding TSA’s 3-1-1 rules, please visit www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/3-1-1-liquids-rule.

Welcome to Cancun! Upon arrival in Cancun, enter the airport and proceed through Immigration where you present your passport and Tourist Card that you complete on the plane before landing. Then go to baggage claim and locate your luggage. Next, follow the signs to Customs and present your Customs declaration card. They may want to inspect your luggage; you will be instructed to press a button on a light resembling a traffic signal. A green light means that your bags will pass without inspection and a red light means that your bags will be inspected.

After Customs, proceed directly outside the airport, through the sliding glass doors and past the barrage of tour vendors. Do not let these vendors stop you, as all of your transportation needs are taken care of, and optional tours can be arranged at the resort. Look for a Tropical Incentives Representative holding a Neighborhoods.com | 55places.com logo sign. They will escort you to a private transfer to the resort. Transfer time to Secrets is approximately 30 minutes. Please note that Riviera Cancun is on Eastern Standard Time.

Once you arrive to the hotel, check-in at the front desk for your four-night all-inclusive stay. You will need to present your passport and Mexican Tourist card, which you received during your flight, and a credit card for incidentals. If your room is not ready on arrival, please be patient as your room is being prepared for you. The bellmen will store your luggage and you may enjoy the amenities at the resort. Official check-in time is 3:00pm.

Nancy Kohn, your onsite Ambassadair Program Manager, will be here to assist with anything you should need during your stay. Please feel free to approach her with any questions or concerns. She can be found in the lobby each morning at the hospitality desk.

6:00 – 8:00pm Casual Meeting and Welcome Reception at the Gazebo Terrace. Enjoy an open bar and hors d’oeuvres while mingling with the guests in your group. We will discuss the Platinum Club goals and plans for 2022. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy as you wish.

Thursday, December 2

Join Bill, Danny, and Todd at the World Cafe for a breakfast buffet. It is open seating so whoever wants to stop by, we’ll grab a big table. Feel free to ask them anything that’s on your mind about real estate, the websites, or the Partner Agent Program.

10:00 – 11:00am: Sales Director / Platinum Club Agent Breakout Session
This one-hour casual meeting will be a roundtable discussion with the Regional Sales Directors on the best way to enhance and promote the Partner Agent Program and Platinum Club. The Sales Directors will inform you of the location at the Welcome Reception the night before.

2:00 – 3:00pm: Cocktails with Todd and the Regional Sales Directors at the Barracuda Bar
Enjoy the amenities at the resort. As a guest of the 55places.com and neighborhoods.com program you will receive one day spa access (reservation is required and does not include massages or products). Take advantage of the exclusive 20% discount at the spa as a guest of the Platinum Club. Visit the concierge in the hotel lobby and they can assist you with making spa or optional tour reservations.

Prearranged Covid tests will be administered at the resort today in advance of your departure. A predetermined time and location will be communicated upon your arrival at the resort.

DEPART FOR HOME

Prepare for your flight home. Nancy will deliver departure notices to your room on Saturday referencing the time you need to be in the lobby for your private airport transfer.

Please be sure to check out at the front desk and settle your bill in case any incidentals were incurred during your stay before you depart for the airport. Official check-out is 12:00pm
