Partner Agent Summit 2017
Once a year, we host our Annual Partner Agent Summit. This year will be our 6th Annual Summit and it is also the 10th anniversary of the launch of 55places.com, so you don’t want to miss it!
Partner Agents attend the Summit every year because they learn incredible strategies that help them sell more homes, they get to network with top agents around the country, and they have a great time! The Summit includes some of the best sales training you will ever receive, special guest speakers, breakout sessions, and an awards dinner where we recognize the success of our Partner Agents.
The Summit will be held in downtown Chicago at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza right on the Chicago River. The dates for the Summit are Monday, October 9, through Wednesday, October 11, 2017. The Summit will begin with a Welcome Reception hosted by the Neighborhoods.com team at 6:00pm on Monday evening and will conclude at 12:30pm on Wednesday afternoon. When booking flights, please plan to arrive in Chicago by 4:00pm, October 9 and leave no earlier than 4:00pm, October 11.

Leigh Brown
When she walks into the room there is a spring to her step and a sparkle in her eye, but be prepared…she will definitely knock your socks off with her no-holds-barred approach to her presentations. Groups around the globe, ranging from 10 to 7,000, have been blown away by her presentations on topics ranging from "Improving Client Care and Retention", to the "7 Deadly Sins of Real Estate", to "Igniting the Passion".
Leigh began her career in real estate in 2000 and quickly rose to the top of her game. In 2003 Leigh started her own RE/MAX franchise and it was then that her passion ignited. Since 2007 she has been recognized by RE/MAX as Platinum, Chairman and Diamond Club. In 2010, Leigh was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, in 2011 she received the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award and in 2013 she was named the North Carolina CRS of the Year. Her top-producing team excels at what they do and in 2014 and 2015 they were named to the Top 200 list of Real Estate Teams by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends and also to the list of RE/MAX Top 100 Worldwide.
In addition to excelling as an inspirational speaker and a "tried and true, in the trenches" Realtor, Leigh also gives of her time to multiple charitable organizations. She has served as a Board Member and Board Director for Habitat for Humanity (Cabarrus County), she consistently volunteers for Meals on Wheels and she is an elder and Sunday school teacher at her church.

Monday evening, at 6:00pm, we’ll kick off this year's Summit with a welcome reception hosted by the Neighborhoods.com | 55places.com team in the WolfPoint room located in the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. Join us for an open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, catered food stations, live entertainment, and great networking with fellow Partner Agents from around the country. Feel free to grab dinner on your own before or after if you so choose.
Breakfast, Latest & Greatest, Breakout Sessions/Workshops
On Tuesday morning, we will start the day with a hot breakfast buffet at the hotel and hear from the leadership team of 55places.com & Neighborhoods.com regarding exciting new and upcoming developments. We'll then move into action-packed breakout sessions and workshops with the sales managers and your fellow agents. Topics will include: Sucess with Video, Conversion Timing, Listings, Relationships, Negotiation, and much more!
Lunch, Breakout Sessions/Workshops
Tuesday afternoon, we will continue with breakout sessions and workshops and Top Agent Panels. Topics will include: Communication with Purpose, Teams, HECM, Builder Roundtable, and more!
Dinner & Annual Awards Ceremony
Tuesday evening will be filled with networking fun, 4-hour open bar, and a private 3-course dinner, as well as enjoy our annual awards ceremony, DJ and fun prize giveaways. Watch the sun set on the horizon and the Chicago skyline light up from windows surrounding the 15th floor ballroom with Floor to Ceiling windows of the Chicago River & Skyline.

Closing Session Q&A
