Habegger Corporation Terms and Conditions Policy

By checking the “Agree” box, I agree that I understand that Habegger Corporation is including group airfare from Chicago. If I have selected one of the alternate cities available, I understand and agree that those surcharges are payable directly to Ambassadair and are fully non-refundable.

I understand that all activities I participate at this Event are taken at my own risk and I accept all responsibility. I agree not to bring any claim against the organizers of this event related to any injury or property damage suffered in connection with the Event, including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of any condition of the Event location, or the conduct of any person connected with the Event. I grant permission to Habegger Corporation, its agents and employees to use photographs, video recordings and statements recorded at this event in marketing communications materials. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, video presentations or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising there from. I also acknowledge that on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habegger Corporation and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any and all claims or liability arising out of injury, death, intellectual property rights or property damage suffered in connection with my actions or the actions of my guests.
