$425 per student quad occupancy | Four (4) students per room 

ADULT PRICING

$464 per person double occupancy | Two (2) per room

$544 per person single occupancy | One (1) per room

Based on a minimum of a 45 traveling per 56-passenger motorcoaches.

All prices are based on current transportation fuel charges and taxes/fees.  Any changes to fuel or taxes/fees which are beyond our control will be passed on.

All late payments will incur a $35 late fee.  We will email payment reminders. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of payment date, registration will be terminated and all deposited funds will be forfeited. There will be a $50 fee to reinstate the travel, in addition to the late fee and deposits due.

When you sign up for payment via credit card, these will be pre-scheduled auto payments. Credit card charges will show on your statement as Ambassadair/Grueninger Tours.

With all payments, any disputed credit card charges declined credit card, expired credit card entered or bounced check will incur an administrative fee of $35 per occurrence, in addition to any imposed bank fees.

Travel insurance is available to purchase.  Should you choose to decline this option you will be responsible for all cancellation penalties associated with this trip.

 NOTE:  Late registrants must make catch-up payments to total the minimum amount due per the payment schedule.  Example:  Registration on January 10, 2018 – would pay the full amount of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If an individual cancels more than 90 days before departure, the individual will be charged 10% of the individual’s tour price plus any non-refundable tour costs.
  • If an individual cancels 90-61 days before departure, the individual will be charged 25% of the individual’s tour price plus any non-refundable tour costs.
  • If an individual cancels 60-46 days before departure, the individual will be charged 50% of the individual’s tour price plus any non-refundable tour costs.
  • If an individual cancels 45-31 days before departure, the individual will be charged 75% of the individual’s tour price plus any non-refundable tour costs.
  • If an individual cancels less than 30 days before departure, the individual will be charged 100% of the individual’s tour price plus any non-refundable tour costs.
