Please complete the below registration form for the conference. Once you have completed this registration you will want to make a hotel reservation. Visit the “hotel” tab and there is a link to complete your hotel reservation. The special conference rate of $239 per night will appear.
Legal name (as it appears on your driver's license), Date of Birth* (necessary for those who need flight arrangements), Gender* (necessary for those who need flight arrangements), required for each traveler.

Be sure to list dates, departure city and requested flight times. The more flexible dates and times, the better fare can be purchased. There is a $35 service fee for each airline ticket issued. Rate subject to availability.
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 31, 2019 to [email protected]. All cancellations made from registration to August 31 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after August 31, 2019.
You may substitute an attendee without penalty up to September 9, 2019. Substitutions made after September 9, 2019 will be subject to a $75 fee. Neighborhoods.com regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
