Important note: any individual park visit planned that is cancelled within 48 hours or a no-show will be billed to your guest room a fee of $20 per person.

This proposal is prepared for the specific dates and calendar year indicated herein and for those specific services outlined. Prices and availability are subject to change until contracted. Some activities and events cannot be booked until the group’s first payment is received. Should actual locations, dates, or participation change, Ambassadair Groups & Incentives reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
