Saturday, February 8th – 7:00pm – Welcome Cocktail Reception

Our friends at Hankook Tires welcome you to beautiful Costa Rica! On the resort’s own Arboleda Beach. Mingle with friends old and new while you enjoy open bar and two hours of continuous appetizers. Thank you Hankook Tires!

Sunday, February 9th – 9:00am – Zurcher Tire Business Summit  

Please join us for a brief meeting on our progress in 2019 as well as our plans for 2020. We’ll have some short presentations from our manufacturing partners and our team. Coffee and pastries will be available.

Sunday, February 9th – 2:00pm – Zurcher Tire & Mastercraft Community Cares

You have the option to participate in a special afternoon with Mastercraft and Zurcher Tire as we make an impact on the local community here in Costa Rica. Join us as we donate school supplies at the Escuela Tempatal Elementary School in nearby Las Cruz. Round trip coach transfers, supplies, and a snack with students is all provided during this brief afternoon special event. Space is limited to the first 30 participants.

Tuesday, February 11th – 6:00pm – Farewell Dinner Sponsor

Monday, February 10

Full Day ZipLine, Water Slide, Horseback Riding & Hot Springs
(high impact level)

Be ready to enjoy a variety of adventure activities! Slide from tree to tree on a ten-cable Canopy Tour, with 12 stations and a hanging bridge. A walk in to a nice forest takes you to the top of the 1.400 feet waterslide, the longest in our country. After a healthy lunch, where most of the products are grown in the farm in an organic way, a visit to the hot springs is a must, where you will enjoy a mud bath, sauna and the healing properties of the natural hot springs.

  • What is recommended to bring: Long pants, hiking shoes or tennis, bathing suit, light clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, camera, change of clothes and money.
  • Restrictions: Not recommended for people with heart conditions, physical limitations or pregnant women. Children under 6 years old are not allowed.
  • Minimum to operate: 34 guests
