Come join Indiana University School of Dentistry alumni and friends February 11-18, 2023, on a southern Caribbean cruise. Take a break from the winter chill and warm up on the beautiful sandy beaches of the tropical islands on the itinerary.

Aboard a Celebrity cruise ship leaving out of San Juan PR, we will bookend festivities with welcome and farewell receptions. Among others, the ports of call in between include Tortola, B.V.I., Philipsburg, St. Maarten, Roseau, Dominica, Bridgetown, Barbados, and St. George’s, Grenada — with time left over for twenty hours of continuing education (10 hours of class lecture and optional 10 hours of self-study). Amenities and activities abound on this luxury ship, and there is space aplenty to do as you please. We are excited about the destinations and opportunities you’ll have to enjoy the camaraderie of traveling with fellow alumni. PERFECT THE ART OF A TROPICAL ESCAPE ON A CARIBBEAN CRUISE

Many of the world’s most beautiful beaches are here. Some long and straight, some tucked between cliffs, some brilliant white, some volcanic black. All gorgeous and serene. But our Caribbean cruises are more than beaches.

Dive and snorkel coral reefs teeming with tropical fish—the Great Maya Reef is the largest living thing in the West. We’ll take you climbing up waterfalls and descending into caves. Individual Cancelation Schedule

Grueninger is required to pay all suppliers well in advance of your tour date. All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. Should a cancellation become necessary, please inform Grueninger immediately in writing and request a written confirmation of your cancellation. Upon, receipt, Grueninger will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s terms and subject to their review. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the supplier is responsible for the amount and timing of the refund, not Grueninger. Generally, flight tickets, cruise fare, hotel reservation and other items provided for the traveler cannot be refunded if they are partially used. Grueninger is not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

In the event of group size reduction, the following schedule will apply using the estimated individual package cost and any non-recoverable costs set forth by Grueninger for the purpose of acquiring vendor services:

Up to 90 days prior to travel        0% cruise fees, hotel room fees, and any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 89 days to 75 days                25% of per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs

From 74 days to 61 days                50% of per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs
