CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
- Up to 90 days prior to travel: 0% cruise fees, hotel room fees, and any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs
- From 89 days to 75 days: 25% of per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs
- From 74 days to 61 days: 50% of per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs
- From 60 days to 31 days: 75% of per person trip cost plus any non-refundable vendor or incurred costs
- From 30 days to 0 days: 100% of the per person trip cost
This Agreement covers group travel only. Rates and package inclusions based on a minimum of 10 staterooms sailing on the same cruise. The number of cabins may be increased by request and are subject to availability and applicable increases in fare. If said request is fulfilled, an additional deposit and/or full payment may be required.
*A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all deposits placed on a credit card, no fee for deposits made by check. No fees for final payment made by credit card.
Individual traveler will work directly with Ambassadair to secure their reservation and payments as well as agree to all Terms & Conditions set forth prior to confirming their booking.
