Individual traveler will work directly with Ambassadair to secure their reservation and payments as well as agree to all Terms & Conditions set forth prior to confirming their booking.

INCLUSIONS

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Two 1-hour Cocktail Parties each with open bar
  • Seven (7) night accommodations aboard Cunard Line’s Queen Mary 2
  • Meals in the Main Restaurant, Oceanview Café, Spa Café, and Mast Grill
  • Twelve (12) hours of meeting space on board for up to fifty (50) people
  • Chocolate covered strawberries at embarkation in each stateroom
  • Basic WIFI Package – one (1) device per guest
  • Classic Beverage Package
  • Any applicable Cunard Cruise Line promotions at the time individual reservations are booked and deposited.
  • Overall program management including participant reservations & correspondence

Cunard Cruise Line reserves the right to impose a supplemental charge relating to unanticipated occurrences including, but not limited to, increases in the price of fuel. Any such supplement charges may apply, at Operator’s sole discretion, to both existing and new bookings (regardless of whether such bookings have been paid in full).
