Featured Speakers

Chris Smith – Author, Keynote Speaker, and Entrepreneur

In the last four years, he used the blueprint in his book, The Conversion Code, to grow Curaytor to nearly $15 million in annual, recurring revenue without raising any venture capital. His work has been featured in AdWeek, Forbes, Inc.EntrepreneurFortune, The Huffington Post and by many other publications. Prior, Chris worked for two billionaires (Dan Gilbert and Lou Pearlman), a near billion dollar publicly traded company (Move Inc.) and a startup (DotLoop) that was acquired for $108 million (by Zillow Group). His first book, Peoplework, raised over $73,000 on Kickstarter, has more than 50,000 copies in circulation and received endorsements from the CEO of Zappos and Gary Vaynerchuk, who wrote the foreword. Chris is a highly sought-after keynote speaker and is a perennial on the most influential people in the real estate industry lists

Ron White – Memory Expert

Ron White is one of the top memory experts in the world. He is a two-time national memory champion winning the USA Memory Championship in 2009 and 2010. For two years he held the record for the fastest to memorize a deck of shuffled cards in only 1 minute and 27 seconds. Over the last 27 years, he has traveled the world giving his talk, “Triple Your Memory – Triple Your Business.”

Ron is a part of the History Channel show Stan Lee’s Super Humans as The Memory Expert. You also may have seen him on the National Geographic Channel show Brain Games as their memory expert in Season 1. You can check out Ron having fun on the television show Superhuman with Mike Tyson proving once again why he is one of the top memory experts in the world. He has been the guest on over 200 radio programs and in every talk, Ron shares that he is no different from anyone. He teaches that everyone can learn how to improve their memory.

In 2010, the University of Texas scientists conducted an MRI on his brain and found that 35% more of his brain is activated than the average person while he memorizes. Ron will share specifically how he does this and how you can engage 35% more of your brain’s capability.

He is the author of over a dozen CD albums and books including an exciting new memory training program titled “Black Belt Memory.” His goal is to help everyone meet and remember 100 new people in the next 12 months. His strategies have helped people to build relationships by remembering names and faces, and remembering what they learn. In his talk, you will learn how to develop a quick, sharp, and healthy brain as you use it to be more productive and profitable.

Why Attend?

The number one reason to attend the Partner Agent Summit is that you will sell more homes and make more money every year with the things you will learn at the Summit. Every agent starts asking themselves questions like “can I afford to be away from my business, can I afford to go, will this year be different than the last, etc.?” We challenge those thoughts and ask, “Can you afford not to attend?” Data doesn’t lie.

For those of you considering attending your first Summit, the return on the investment is obvious. First-time Summit attendees’ average conversion rate increased by 22%! Would you want to invest in something that had a 22% rate of return? For those of you planning on attending your second, third, or even 8th Summit, you know the value.  We’ll see you there!

We truly believe in you and our partnership and know what your attendance at the Summit can mean for your business.

Top Five Reasons You Should Attend
This Year’s Summit

#1 Reason
You asked and we delivered!
Learn from some of the most recognized and influential speakers in their respective fields of expertise. This year we are excited to have partnered with top national speakers that will provide motivating and practical teachings that you can easily implement to grow your business.
#2 Reason
Enjoy camaraderie and expand your network by building lasting relationships with fellow Partner Agents from across the country. In a fun environment, you’ll gain a greater understanding of what other top performers do that help them to be successful.
#3 Reason
Expand your knowledge
of all the exciting new and upcoming features on our websites and tools so that you can use them to help you sell more homes.
#4 Reason
More time for workshops and speaker sessions equals more content and increased learning. By popular demand, this year’s event will be jam-packed all the way to 3:30 PM on the last day. This gives us more time than last year’s event, but it is still early enough to catch a flight home. (However, if you haven’t ever had the chance to take in the sights and sounds of the Second City, why not stay another day and play?)
#5 Reason
Celebrate your successes
over the past year during our Partner Agent Awards Dinner. Always one of the highlights at each Summit, this year’s themed event “A Night at the Oscars”will surely be another memorable evening.

Testimonials

“All of the top agents in the country work on improving their skills every year. This may mean hiring a coach, going to seminars and trainings, or masterminding with other top producers. That’s what the Agent Summit is, masterminding with those who have figured out how to work 55places.com and neighborhoods.com Leads as well as Huddle to maximize their business. For those who worry about the cost of going to Chicago, don’t, because you will learn techniques to take your conversion to the next level. Your ROI will far exceed the investment in your future!”

MIKE BELGER Corona, CA

“There is nothing like being with a group of colleagues who are all managing similar portfolios and products. This enables conversations, ideas, and planning that positively impacts everyone’s goals and bottom line. The most valuable to me is the selection of speakers and topics. We always leave with new approaches that guarantee an increase in sales, as well as increase in job satisfaction. I would encourage everyone at all levels to attend: costs are easily covered with less than half of one additional sales commission!”

NICKY MARTZ & LESLEY GREENSLADE Clermont, FL

“My Advice to an agent regarding the Summit would be to Book Now! The team at 55places.com believes in us and has entrusted us with their referrals. The Company provides us with an invaluable opportunity at the Agent Summit to learn more about the culture of the partner agent team and an understanding of the Leads we work with. Where else can an agent obtain specific technology, sales techniques, and fellowship in one place that is completely geared toward educating and inspiring us to lead the pack in our market! Definitely stay an extra day so you can tour Chicago, eat at Giordano’s Pizza and listen to some Urban Blues at Buddy Guys!”

PAULA NELSON Lincoln, CA

“They provide tremendous leadership with regional managers and senior leadership.  They offer us wonderful training opportunities, especially the annual meeting.  They offer us a competitive environment that includes the opportunity to win incredible trips.  However, what I have found the be the greatest value is that they value our opinion, and they care.  I’m not sure that this formula is found with any other company that we as Realtors have as a resource, and I am grateful for this partnership. In addition to the great resources mentioned above, I have to say that what I have gained most is the opportunity for some pretty great relationships to be formed.  These friendships have come about at the annual meetings I’ve had the opportunity to attend.”

RICK PERKINSRichmond, VA

“The Partner Agent Summit is the one time each year we gather to “surround ourselves” with those bigger and wiser than we are. The opportunities are great! The 55places/Neighborhoods team are absolutely intentional on the information we receive at Summit and make certain we are immersed in the leading information about real estate, people, and technology that is currently available. Not to mention (one of my favorite) the complete sense of “family & community” that we truly are! You’d be silly to miss out! See you there!

RANAE SEVIERDenver, CO

“It somehow comes down to efficiency in learning, which should transfer into more money with less effort. Empower yourself to earn more money in less time by mastering a few, highly relevant sales techniques you can apply immediately to convert more Leads into sales! It’s good to connect with other people who work in this demographic because it definitely has its own set of challenges and rewards.”
