Individual arrivals in Dublin

Note: For attendees who want to arrive early and spend the weekend in Dublin, we have room block in place for September 6 & 7 (based on limited availability)

SUNDAY

Sunday, September 8

Overnight flights from U.S. to Dublin, arrival times approx. 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. local time
Private round trip airport transfers are included for Dublin airport only. Please contact our office should you require Shannon airport.
Per individual, Meet and Greet service in Arrivals area, with transfer to the Dublin hotel
Early check-in for group will be requested, standard time is 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon free to explore Dublin city center, Grafton Street & Temple Bar area on own
5:30 p.m. – One-hour cocktail party in the Westbury hotel bar
7:00 p.m. – Walk to local restaurant for group dinner – less than 10 minute walk
End of scheduled events, enjoy evening exploring Temple Bar area and Grafton Street

MONDAY

Monday, September 9

Full Irish Breakfast for non-meeting participants, included at hotel
7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. – Full hot plated breakfast for Executive Meeting
7:30 – 8:30 a.m. – Executive Meeting
HALF DAY excursion, included for all guests: St. Patrick’s Cathedral – Dublin Castle –Guinness Storehouse
- Lunch – on your own, recommendations will be provided on-site
3:00 p.m. – Return to hotel
5:30 p.m. – One-hour cocktail party in local pub or venue
7:00 p.m. – Group Dinner local restaurant – less than 10 minute walk
End of scheduled events, enjoy evening exploring Temple Bar area and Grafton Street

TUESDAY

Tuesday, September 10

Full Irish Breakfast for non-meeting participants, included at hotel
Corporate Mercedes Sprinter transfer of 4 blocks
7:30 a.m. – Light continental breakfast for Board Meeting at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Board Meeting – at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
12:00 p.m. – Board Meeting catered lunch – at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
At conclusion of the meeting, Corporate Mercedes Sprinter return transfer of 4 blocks, or walk
6:30 p.m. – Depart from hotel lobby via deluxe motorcoach
7:00 p.m. – Farewell Cocktail Party, Group Dinner & Irish Music
End of scheduled events, enjoy evening exploring Temple Bar area and Grafton Street

All payments are fully non-refundable, optional travel insurance highly recommended.

Prices start at $139.50.

Your premium for the optional Travel Insured trip insurance is dependent upon your package price (single or double occupancy). If you decide to purchase the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) plan, you must add it to your reservation AND pay for it in full within 14 days of your deposit. If you decide to purchase the insurance without the CFAR coverage, you must pay for it no later than final payment.
