This proposal is prepared for the specific dates and calendar year indicated herein and for those specific services outlined.  Prices and availability are subject to change until contracted. Some activities and events cannot be booked until the group’s first payment is received. Should actual locations, dates, or participation change, Ambassadair Groups & Incentives reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Confidentiality agreement

Ambassadair Groups & Incentives invests a great deal of time creating, planning, and coordinating special events, functions, and meetings. Therefore, we feel that any and all information prepared and included in this presentation is unique and creative in its content, and thus consider these materials to be confidential in nature.  We present this to you with the understanding of its proprietary value.

We kindly request therefore that you do not allow any of these materials to be copied, or any of our information to be distributed in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Ambassadair Groups & Incentives.
